Patients say the Marijuana regulations in New Jersey are too strict and some how the Medical marijuana advocates are listening to the people, and they are returning. Personally we think, since New Jersey is the second most regulated state, that medical marijuana won't be available here for a while. It may even be the second to last state to pass that law. Little progress has been made as the Senate's Health and Senior Services committee plans things out.
