New Jersey Advocates Return to Trenton for Medical Marijuana

     Patients say the Marijuana regulations in New Jersey are too strict and some how the Medical marijuana advocates are listening to the people, and they are returning. Personally we think, since New Jersey is the second most regulated state, that medical marijuana won't be available here for a while. It may even be the second to last state to pass that law. Little progress has been made as the Senate's Health and Senior Services committee plans things out.

Snoop sold Cameron Diaz Bud in High school

     So apparently while Cameron Diaz was on Lopez last night, she reminisced about high school and claimed that she remembers snoop really well. New Strain: Chuck Norris' Black and Blue Dream

    
     If you thought "Tom Cruise Purple" was a ridiculous new strain of marijuana then you're really in for something. A new crazy strain of marijuana known as 'Chuck Norris' Black and Blue Dream' hit dispensaries and cafes where legal. Some of you may know of Blue Dream or Blue Dream Haze. Supposedly the genetics of said plant is Blue Dream (Sativa) and another unreleased stain of an Indica plant making it a Hybrid strain. This sounds too intense for words and one would probably have to smoke this strain to know what it feels like. Back in 2008 when Tom Cruise Purple surfaced, patients said it was "the kind of bud that makes you hallucinate."
     Tom Cruise's lawyers didn't really make a fuss about this clever name and we hope that Chuck Norri's people will do the same. We wouldn't want to get Chuck angry! For those of you who have a medical license we hope that you get to experience this amazing Black and Blue Dream. And everybody else is either going to have to make friends with a patient or try to make it on their own. But that would be illegal.

Amateur Marijuana Dealer sentenced to 90 Days in Jail.

     According to officials, he was a mid-level drug dealer which probably means he bought a good amount of weight and he was probably one of the main dealers for his whole town. To give you an example of how outrageous his sentence was, check this out.
     A man can beat the his wife, break her jaw, fracture her arm and not receive as much jail time. Someone can molest a child, robbing them of their innocence and sexuality and not receive as much jail time. Parents can abuse & neglect her children and not receive as much jail time. A mother can give birth to a baby addicted to alcohol and not receive any jail time. A father can neglect to pay sufficient child support resulting in his children growing up in poverty and not receive any jail time. A person can drink and drive and risk the lives of every person in our city and also not receive as much jail time.

Arrested and Jail Time for possessing K2 Incense?

    

     K2 is not really incense although it is marketed as so. K2, just like Black Magic, Mr. Nice Guy, Spike, Black Mamba, and Spice are a combination of natural herbs and synthetic cannabinoids that gives the smoker a decent temporary high. Well hooray for this new generation of stoners, we now have legal herbs that we can smoke when Mary Jane is not in the picture, right? But why are people trying to shut these new companies down?
     According to the Baltimore Sun, close to 3,000 health problems were reported due to these synthetic cannabinoids. And to that we say "so what?". Cigarettes KILL thousands and law enforcement officials are trying to involve the DEA in regulating this natural herb incense. Agencies like Palm Beach County Sheriff's office are arresting those who are caught carrying the herbal blend. They can also face up to 60 days in jail. This is an absolute unjust and unrealistic way to go about the situation.
     In November of 2010 The U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency announced that, due to the alarming rate of reported health problems, they were going to put a 1 year temporary ban on such herbal products like K2. So that means no retailer could carry it and it'd be illegal to posses. Within a months time, the DEA didn't follow through and the ban was never enforced. The bright side about all of this is that even if these smokables are ever regulated. The actual synthetic cannabinoid is not illegal and there are several of them.

[Stale] 12 Dudes Arrested for Robbing California Dispensaries.

     This morning twelve people were arrested for robbing a few dispensaries in California. 11 were arrested in Cali and one was taken into custody in Las Vegas. Lol, he thought he could get away. Of course these dozen will be charged with breaking and entering, theft, and possesion of an illegal substance and all that. But they're also going to be slapped with "conspiracy to sell" also. And maybe even drug trafficking. So there's not much to be said on this incident since it only happened a few hours ago so we'll make this post un-stale with more details whenever we can.

Montel Williams, Marijuana Pipe and $500

     So anybody who's anybody knows Montel Williams, The talk show host of Montel of course! But who would of thought that he'd ever be arrested for drug paraphernalia? Well actually, he was just brought to the Sheriff's office and was fined about $484 when officials found a pipe that was clearly used for marijuana in his luggage. Supposedly Montel was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis which justifies his use for marijuana. Sources say that he's been fighting for the cause for years, actually in 2000 Williams founded the Montel Williams MS Foundation to help research the terrible disease. We're just glad to see someone of the older crowd fighting alongside us.
