Miley Cyrus finally turns 18!! That can mean only two things. One, she's legal and two, she can't be tamed! That being said, there was a video that was released of the innocent Miley take a few huge rips out of a bong on her birthday. Supposedly it was Salvia, but who knows? If it was Salvia then it must not of been a strong extract.
The video surfaced mid December while her birthday is November 23rd. What took so long for it to get released? Well Miley didn't know she was being recorded at her little get together. When a college kid got a hold of the video, he contacted Miley's people and requested money for the video. Instead they sent someone to his college, took his Mac Book Pro with the video on it and gave him a brand new one. They also did this to another student who was said to have the video. Sadly That wasn't enough to bury this juicy secret.
